Bristol Parks & Recreation and Public Works Departments are teaming up for an exciting new workshop this spring! On Saturday May 11th at 2pm we will be building birdhouses and painting/staining them using designs created by The Studio.
“The workshop is free but requires pre-registration. At this time we are accepting registrations from interested crafty kids, Eagle Scouts, and Girl/Boy scouts. http://www.bristolrec.com”
“Decorated birdhouses will be hung in the trees throughout our city parks. All the materials have been found at our transfer station which helps with keeping items out of the waste stream and reusing to house the birds of Bristol.”
If you go:
Saturday May 11th at 2pm to 4pm
Rockwell Park 28 Jacobs St.
Participants will be using paint, stain, Hammers and Misc tools to build the house.
