Periodically, I’ll feature a commercial building that is for lease or for sale and ask you to tell me what you think would be the best use for it.
Forget what zone it’s in, ignore setback regulations, dump lot coverage rules and all the other zoning jargon that puts most people to sleep. If you had your way, what would you like to see there?
What would be the best use for the community?
Today’s Visions For Vacancies is 105 Maple Street.
150 Maple Street is across from the Clock museum and is located in the heart of Federal Hill. For decades this corner space was utilized as a small neighborhood market.
On the other end of the building houses a popular breakfast and lunch restaurant.
The owner is asking for $9.95 SF/Yr. The space is 1,260 SF.
So, what would you like to see there?
Tell me on the Bristol Roundup Facebook page.
Know of a vacant building I should highlight? Let me know!
