Bristol Public Works Solid Waste Division

Bristol Public Works is reminding residents they can bring their unwanted electronics to the Farmers Market at Centre Square located at 111 North Main St, Bristol.

The electronics Recycling Collection at the Farmer’s Market was an added service this summer and is taking place for the next three Saturdays.

All CT residents may take part in the event free of charge, each Saturday from 10 am to 1 pm.

All electronics collected are safely packaged by Take 2 Inc. and transported to their facility at 122 Avenue of Industry in Waterbury, for responsible and secure recycling. If you have any
questions or concerns you may contact Take 2 Inc. at 800-209-9322.

Accepted materials include, but are not limited to: Computers, Laptops, Printers, Fax Machines, Monitors, TVs, Cell Phones, Tablets, Video Games, game consoles, VCR/DVD Machines, Remotes, Keyboards, Computer Mice, Modems, Small Appliances, and Stereo Equipment.

Unaccepted materials: household hazardous waste.
