Bristol-based The Arthur G. Russell Company announced that it has been awarded a 2018 Top Workplaces honor by the Hartford Courant.
The Russell Company designs and develops innovative automatic assembly equipment for the medical device, consumer, and electronics industries.
The Award is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey.
The anonymous survey measures several aspects of the company’s culture, communication and connection to its employees.
“Top Workplaces is more than just recognition,” said Doug Claffey, CEO of Energage.
“Our research shows organizations that earn the award attract better talent, experience lower turnover, and are better equipped to deliver bottom-line results. Their leaders prioritize and carefully craft a healthy workplace culture that supports employee engagement.”
“One of the great aspects of our company Philosophy” says Bob Ensminger, CEO of Arthur G. Russell, “is to provide challenging, rewarding and secure jobs for our team members.”
He continued, “The results of the survey validate this key component of our culture which is reflected in a supportive work environment and healthy work-life balance.”
“AGR is proud to be among an elite group of companies in Connecticut that has achieved this recognition, and of the companies awarded this honor, only a small percentage are in the manufacturing sector. We’re grateful that our multi-talented employees enjoy working here and make our company an amazing place to work,” said Mark Burzynski, President of Arthur G. Russell.
