On tap this week at FireFly Brewing

On Thursday 2/1 Firefly will have their annual Wood Drip Imperial Maple Amber Ale release starting at 2pm.

Look for big toasty and caramelized malt aroma with hints of maple followed by the long definitive finish of maple candy.  This rich, sweet maple goodness takes a deep sleep in Bourbon barrels for 8 months making it even more irresistible.

Wood Drip will be on draft and also available in 22oz bottles to take home. Bottles are $18 each and limited to one case per person per day.

For food, Firefly will be joined by Steve’s Top Dog food truck with his delicious poutine, hot dogs and more.

On Friday 2/2 their Cask of the Day is a surprise brewers choice cask.

The 3 Chicks Grille food truck will be here, Firefly couldn’t stop eating their fresh hand-cut fries and steak bomb sandwiches the last time they were here!

On Saturday 2/3 get your fill of jerk turkey fries and mac & cheese with the Turkey Hut food truck.

Also on Sunday 2/4 pregame the Super Bowl with  Namaste Sunday Taproom Yoga with Kirby.

Kirby leads an all-skill levels class that’s sure to get you feeling great before the big game. Class is one-hour starting at 10:45am for $25 and includes your first beer!

Be sure to grab some cans and growler fills to take home for the game at night.
