2017 Twinkler Barleywine Release Friday!

Submitted: On Thursday 11/30 we are joined by Steve’s Top Dog food truck with menu items including his delicious poutine, hot dogs, jalapeno poppers and more!

We are releasing our new rotational hop series, The Weave, a New England IPA.   This inaugural batch of The Weave is  hazy orange in color with juicy hops and pillowy mouthfeel.  This batch features big orange and pineapple upfront with hints of honeydew, kiwi, and a long ruby red finish.
The Weave will be available on draft for you to enjoy in our taproom and in cans/growlers to go. Cans are $13/six pack, limit one case per person.  If you are someone who loves a New England IPA, then this beer is for you!

Additional cans available on Thursday are Local Bud IPA and Lizard’s Breath IPA. $12/six pack, limit one case per person.

Friday 12/1 we are kicking off December with our annual release of Twinkler Barleywine. We love releasing this beer during the holiday season, it goes best with food and good company!This 9%ABV English Barleywine boasts big malt flavors of biscuits, toffee, and toast. A semi-sweet finish balanced with hints of red apple from our English ale yeast make this big sipper the perfect brew for the holiday season.   Bottles are $9/ea. Limit one case per person.    Twinkler will also be on draft  and for growlers to-go.

Our Cask of the Day is Red Lantern Irish Red dry hopped with East Kent Goldings.

Saturday 12/2 Any remaining bottles of Twinkler and IPA cans will also be on sale starting at 12pm. We are joined by The Turkey Hut food truck. Enjoy delicious macaroni and cheese and other fine menu items.

Sunday 12/3 Bring a picnic and spend the afternoon with acoustic Dizzyfish performing live in the taproom from 2-4pm!

Plant Nite is coming to Firefly Hollow with everything you need to create a gorgeous terrarium. We’ll guide you and your crew through two lively hours of creativity, drinking, and laughing ‘til your cheeks hurt. Just remember: This isn’t your grandmother’s garden. Doors open at 6pm, we will start gardening at 7pm.

Bring snacks and a group of friends and get ready for a night of fun!

Mystic Cheese & Beer Pairing 12/17/17

They will be bringing in 6 different cheeses and we will be pairing each with 6 of our beers.

Back by Popular Demand!  The folks at Comix are bringing the show to us. Come out for an evening of laughs as we are joined by a great comedic lineup, including Ryan Brauth, Brian Beaudoin and Derek Furtado!
